Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Risk Analyst I to support the build-out and execution of its risk management program. The analyst will complete assigned projects with guidance from the VP of Enterprise Risk, enhancing documentation of risks, controls, and reporting to senior leaders.

The role involves mapping workflows, identifying data patterns, and contributing to risk metrics. The position reports to the VP of Enterprise Risk and requires collaboration with business leaders to learn processes and produce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/finance/risk field required.
• SQL, Power BI or similar analytics certifications preferred.
• Entry-level (0–1 year) of prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn business processes and identify risks and controls.
• Create process maps showing decision points, ownership, risks and controls.
• Meet with managers to gather insights and document processes.
• Assess data to determine control effectiveness and trends.
• Develop monthly risk program metrics and reporting.
• Review regulations and supervisory procedures for compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
