Osaic Wealth, Inc. is seeking a Risk Analyst I in a hybrid role across multiple hubs, including Scottsdale. The analyst builds out the risk program, documents processes, and collaborates with leaders to identify risks, controls and metrics.

The role requires analytics skills, process mapping, and communication with senior management. Responsibilities include data-driven risk assessment, control design, and monthly metric reporting, with the VP of Enterprise Risk overseeing the function.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Certifications in analytics (SQL/Power BI) are a plus.

Mansioni

• Learn business processes of units under review and advise on risks and controls.
• Create process flow maps showing decision points, ownership, risks and controls.
• Engage with managers to document processes and identify key risks and data patterns.
• Assess data to determine control effectiveness, trends, and red flags.
• Produce monthly risk program metrics and tell the story to leadership.
• Review regulations and ensure procedures address regulatory requirements.
