Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Risk Management team under the VP, Insurance & Claims. The role focuses on casualty claims oversight, strategy, and data-driven risk insights, coordinating with TPAs, carriers, and internal teams to drive timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include KPI development, data analysis, and serving as SME for loss reporting and claims administration, with a focus on improving processes and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of technical and business requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight and coordination of casualty claims (auto liability, general liability, workers' compensation).
• Work with TPAs, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting to identify trends and measure claims performance.
• Support risk management processes and contribute to process improvements.
