Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a dedicated Risk Analyst to manage casualty claims across auto liability, general liability, and workers' compensation. You will work with TPAs, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective claim resolution while supporting risk management strategy and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities include monitoring claims activity, developing reporting, and guiding process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-4 years' experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of technical and business requirements.
• Knowledge of F&I products.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and documentation habits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee casualty claims, including auto liability, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Coordinate with TPAs, carriers, internal units, and stakeholders for timely claim resolution.
• Monitor claim activity, reserves, litigation status and outcomes; escalate complex matters.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to identify trends and measure performance.
• Support risk management processes and implement process improvements as needed.
