• Develop actionable business plans aligned with client needs and firm strategy.
• Drive new business development and client growth, including proposals and pursuit of opportunities.
• Coordinate resources to deliver high-quality services and manage profitability.
• Mentor and develop staff with timely feedback and career growth opportunities.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports in accordance with industry standards.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
