Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Risk Advisory Services Managing Director to lead a national Practice. The role focuses on governance, internal controls, IT risk, and enterprise risk management to help clients mitigate risk and achieve strategic goals.

The successful candidate will translate firm vision into actionable plans, supervise teams, and win new business within the PA, NJ, NY region. Extensive experience in risk services and CPA/CIA designation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or CIA designation required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, or related fields.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring.
• Proven track record in building and growing a risk advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Risk Advisory practice.
• Develop and execute business plans, objectives and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to pursue new client engagements and proposals.
• Oversee profitability, utilization, and timely billing for engagements.
• Build client relationships and deliver risk, governance, and control recommendations.
