Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Progress toward or completion of relevant professional certifications (CIA, CFSA, CBA, CPA, or CFE).
• 1+ years in professional services, internal audit, banking, or credit union environments.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business technologies.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, up to 25%

Responsabilités

• Execute internal audit and risk advisory engagements for financial institution clients.
• Assess design and effectiveness of internal controls across financial, operational, and regulatory functions.
• Perform risk assessments and reviews to identify opportunities for improved controls, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor engagement progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering insights and exceptional service.
