Job summary

Do Right Insurance is seeking a Personal Risk Advisor in Utah to assess risk exposure and design protective coverage. You will build and manage your own client pipeline and develop lasting advisory relationships that bring renewal income as your book grows.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring Personal Risk Advisors who want to build a career around real expertise, not just a sales pitch. This isn’t about pushing policies — it’s about understanding a client’s life or business, identifying where they’re exposed, and designing coverage that actually protects them. As you build your book, you build ongoing renewal income too — your relationships compound instead of resetting every month.

What You’ll Do

• Assess client risk exposure and design coverage strategies to protect what matters most to them
• Build and manage your own client pipeline
• Develop lasting advisory relationships — clients who come back to you, not just a policy renewal notice
• Stay sharp on products, carriers, and the risks your clients actually face

Compensation

• $85,000–$150,000+ annually, based on production
• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission on new business, plus ongoing renewal commissions as your book grows
• Draw of an agreed amount during your first 3-6 months while you build your pipeline

Performance Benchmarks

• Minimum monthly production: $25,000 in written premium
• Growth target: $100,000+ per month over time

How Success Is Measured

• Monthly written premium against benchmarks
• Close ratio — risk assessments converted to protected clients
• Client retention and renewal rate
• Growth of your book of business over time
