Intermountain Health is seeking a Risk Adjustment Strategic Partner to act as a liaison between provider groups and Select Health. The role leads risk adjustment, HEDIS and STAR gap closure efforts, coordinating workstreams and engaging providers for performance improvement.

The position requires travel for in-person meetings with provider organizations and offers a hybrid work arrangement with mostly remote work and minimal quarterly travel to local clinics.

Competenze

• Proficient at risk adjustment strategy for Medicare and ACA lines, including financial impact and RAF score calculations.
• Demonstrated understanding of HEDIS and STAR measures.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with value-based care and provider incentive programs.
