Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Risk Adjustment Strategic Partner to lead risk adjustment, HEDIS/STAR gap closure, and data-driven population health initiatives.

The role liaises with provider organizations, clinic leaders, and healthcare providers to drive value-based care strategies. Hybrid position with travel for in-person meetings; requires collaboration with leadership and external partners, and the ability to navigate complex data tools to identify trends and actionable

Formación

• Proficient at risk adjustment strategy for Medicare and ACA lines, including RAF score calculations and ROI on engagement.
• Understanding of HEDIS and STAR measures.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with value-based care, provider incentive programs, P4P and quality programs.
• Project and team management skills with goal orientation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Intermediate Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Experience presenting to large groups and leadership.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with provider groups to achieve annual goals and engage in performance improvement.
• Develop strategies to address gaps in care and monitor program effectiveness.
• Design and implement risk adjustment reporting with internal and external partners.
• Support HQRI strategic engagements and PPO strategy initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and clinical leadership.
• Lead high-priority initiatives with proactive, self-guided leadership.
• Guide providers through data-driven engagement in value-based contracts and quality programs.
• Coordinate implementation of services with Select Health teams and partners.
• Ensure clinic interoperability with data transfer and EMR accessibility.
• Identify and resolve issues between clinics and Select Health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk adjustment initiatives aligned with goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices in population health management.
• Manage vendor relationships supporting risk adjustment activities.
• Report monthly KPIs for various groups and regions.
