Intermountain Health in Utah- remote/hybrid role seeks a Risk Adjustment Strategic Partner to lead engagement with provider groups, analyze health data, and close gaps in care. Role requires coordinating risk adjustment, HEDIS/STAR initiatives, and value-based strategies, with quarterly local travel.

You'll craft implementation plans, report KPIs monthly, and collaborate across leadership to optimize programs and interoperability with EMR systems.

Formación

• Proficient at risk adjustment strategy for Medicare and ACA lines, including RAF score calculations and ROI on engagement.
• Demonstrated understanding of HEDIS and STAR measures.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with value-based care, provider incentive programs, P4P and quality programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams, with a focus on goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel skills and PowerPoint (MS Suite).
• Ability to present to large groups and internal leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Designs and implements reporting across risk adjustment and external partners.
• Supports HQRI strategic engagements and PPO strategies.

• Manages high-priority initiatives with proactive leadership.
• Leads data-driven coaching on value-based contracts and risk adjustment strategies.
