Intermountain Health in Murray, UT is seeking a Risk Adjustment Strategic Partner to liaison between providers and Select Health. You will lead risk adjustment, HEDIS/STAR gap closure, and data-driven program development in a hybrid role with quarterly travel to local clinics.

You will guide strategy, analyze health data, and present insights to executives, driving value-based care initiatives and performance improvements across regions.

Formación

• Proficient at risk adjustment strategy for Medicare and ACA lines, including RAF score calculations.
• Understanding of HEDIS and STAR measures.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with value-based care, provider incentives, P4P, and quality programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience presenting to large groups and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategies to address gaps in care and provider opportunities.
• Monitors and analyzes program effectiveness and makes improvements.
• Designs and implements reporting across risk adjustment and external partners.
• Supports strategic engagements and collaborates with HQRI and PPO initiatives.
• Fosters relationships with providers and clinical leadership.
• Manages high-priority initiatives with proactive leadership.
• Articulates and coaches provider partners in value-based contracts and data use.
• Leads operational strategies and implements services with teams.
• Ensures clinic interoperability with data transfer and EMR accessibility.
