Intermountain Health in Murray, UT seeks a Risk Adjustment Strategic Partner to lead provider relationships and drive value-based programs. You will coordinate risk adjustment, HEDIS, and STAR initiatives, sharing insights with leadership and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role involves hybrid work with mostly remote duties and quarterly local travel to clinics. Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication are essential to improve population health outcomes.

Formación

• Proficient at risk adjustment strategy for Medicare and ACA lines of business, including financial impact, RAF score calculations, and ROI on engagement strategies
• Demonstrated understanding of HEDIS and STAR measures
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with value-based care, provider incentive programs, P4P and quality programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams, with a focus on goals
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships
• Intermediate Excel skills, PowerPoint (MS Suite)
• Demonstrated ability to present to large groups and internal leadership
• Strong analytical skills and data reporting

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for working with provider groups to achieve annual goals and engage for performance improvement
• Develops strategies to address gaps in care and monitor program effectiveness
• Designs and implements reporting across risk adjustment org. and external partners
• Supports HQRI strategic engagements and PPO strategies
• Fosters relationships with providers and clinical leadership
• Manages high-priority initiatives with proactive leadership
• Coaches providers in value-based contracts and data-driven decision-making
• Leads operational strategies with partners to meet organizational objectives
• Ensures interoperability with EMR and efficient resource use
• Coordinates issue resolution between clinics and Select Health
• Collaborates to identify risk adjustment initiatives aligned with goals
• Ensures compliance with population health regulatory requirements
• Manages vendor relationships supporting risk adjustment activities
• Reports monthly KPIs for groups, regions, and states
