The position requires building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, managing large-scale data operations, and mentoring teams in quantitative methods and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and 3 years' experience presenting analytics results/insights to audiences at different levels OR 6 years analytics experience.
• 4 years' experience in data analysis and information reporting.
• 1 year leadership and/or supervisory experience
• Experience with negotiation, decision making, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and reporting tools and healthcare data sets to produce insights that improve the division's business.
• Oversee large-scale medical record retrieval operations and data processing.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to support risk adjustment programs.
• Develop the team’s analytical capabilities and knowledge of analytical methods and statistics.
