Job summary

Strive Health in Denver, CO seeks a Lead Analyst, Risk Adjustment Analytics to drive financial insights from risk-adjustment data and CMS analytics. You’ll translate performance data into actionable business recommendations and present findings to senior leadership.

This hybrid position requires onsite presence at the Denver headquarters two days per week and offers actuarial study support along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk adjustment analytics.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing medical claims data (MMR, MOR, MAO-004).
• 3+ actuarial exams passed.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI, Redshift, and dbt docs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate RA performance data into clear financial insights (revenue impact, payment accuracy, ROI, forecasting).
• Analyze CMS data to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Interpret trends, model scenarios, and assess program and policy impacts.
• Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
