Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship program or HS diploma with supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials soon after start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front-end and pharmacy team members.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Drive store performance using data, KPIs, and collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure customer service excellence and issue resolution.
