Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program (or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience).
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, strong communication and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and to transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models service best practices.
• Coaches and trains staff to improve front-end and pharmacy service metrics.
• Supervises store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory controls.
• Analyzes financial data and drives store improvements with the Store Manager.
• Supports pharmacy during busy periods and participates in community outreach.
