Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of store and makes recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers store activities in the manager’s absence.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
• Coaches and trains front-end and pharmacy teams to improve service metrics and loyalty.
• Oversees scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and store maintenance; ensures compliance with policies and laws.
