Job summary

Walgreens seeks an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations, and pharmacy support. You will recruit, hire, coach, and discipline team members to achieve company goals while ensuring compliant store processes.

This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to operate across pharmacy and retail functions. You will collaborate with management to drive performance and maintain store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with leadership and communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees customer service and front-end operations to drive store performance.
• Leads store team including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Manages scheduling, shifts, and time records; approves time off.
• Controls cash handling and store assets; ensures policy compliance.
• Supports both pharmacy and retail operations; drives profitability.
