You will lead recruitment, coaching, scheduling, and performance management, ensure compliance with company policies, and collaborate with external partners to enhance customer experience and community presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or two years of supervisory experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Walgreens Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.
