Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to lead customer service associates and manage front-end and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, schedule shifts, supervise daily activities, and ensure merchandising, safety, and store policy compliance.

You will coach team members to improve customer experience and front-end and pharmacy metrics, collaborate with external partners, and drive profitable store performance through data analysis and action planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with leadership potential.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate/promote to Store Manager if offered.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates; oversees front end and pharmacy operations.
