Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record OR Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional ethics, self-motivation, strong communication skills and business acumen.
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of ESM start date.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; flexible scheduling.
Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations; supports Store Manager in daily store activities.
Coaches and trains team members; develops plans to improve customer service metrics.
Analyzes data to identify sales opportunities and drive store performance.
Manages cash handling, inventory, pricing changes, and store bookkeeping responsibilities.
