• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; other languages not required.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens stores within the area.

Responsabilités

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and pharmacy operations.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Assists Store Manager in planning and communicating store strategy and goals.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Drives store performance by analyzing data and implementing improvement plans.
