• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters.
• Manages front end of the store and supports operations of pharmacy and retail.
• Recruits, hires, coaches, and disciplines team members for store goals.
• Ensures cash, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Analyzes performance data to drive store improvements and profitability.
• Collaborates with Store Manager and District Manager on strategy.
