Job summary

Omnicom seeks an Associate, Integrated Media Planning to assist in coordinating and executing media plans under guidance. You will gather data to support recommendations, update client media activity flowcharts, and help with tracking media expenditures to ensure budget compliance.

As an entry-level role, you will develop knowledge of the media space across channels and learn about media research while supporting teams in client meetings and internal planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience (internships included).
• Strong interest in media, advertising and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of media plans through research, audience analysis, and competitive insights.
• Own and maintain planning documents, trackers, and flowcharts with accuracy.
• Pull and analyze competitive research.
• Support budget tracking, pacing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Communicate proactively with team members to flag questions, risks, or discrepancies.
• Participate in internal, client, and partner meetings to build confidence and presentation skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, investment, analytics, and operations teams.
