EmergencyMD is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to aid in the successful completion of projects. This role involves setting up field offices, tracking project-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with expectations. Candidates must have experience in Office Management and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

The position requires travel multiple days per month within Wisconsin and Michigan, with project schedules often being 6 days a week, 10-hour days. More specifics will be discussed in the interview process.

Formación

• Previous experience in Office Management.
• Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Well versed and comfortable on a computer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with project tasks.
• Set up and maintain a field construction office.
• Track project hours and jobsite inventory.
• Manage equipment, fuel, and materials tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client expectations.
