Job summary

Newmark seeks an Associate Project Manager in Cupertino to support senior PMs on diverse projects and potentially lead smaller projects. You will coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met.

The role emphasizes document control, data management, and proactive communication. A Bachelor's degree and CRE exposure help, with opportunities to advance into larger projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing clients, workloads, and general requirements.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Fasttrack.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope from client before kick-off.
• Guide realistic timeframes for projects.
• Lead teams through all project phases.
• Manage project financials including budgets and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and building stakeholders.
• Document control and reporting of project status.
