Job summary

TWD Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Project Engineer/Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

You will support and manage energy and infrastructure projects, coordinating technical, commercial, schedule, and client requirements from initiation through completion. Depending on experience, you will contribute to or lead multidisciplinary teams, manage deliverables and resources, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Junior level: <3 years of relevant experience; Intermediate level: 4–9 years of experience.
• Experience in energy, power, utilities, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support or manage projects from planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate deliverables to meet contractual requirements and quality expectations.
• Support or lead project status reporting, forecasting, and reviews.
• Coordinate change management including scope and schedule impacts.
