TWD is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Project Engineer/Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA office to support and manage energy and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–9 years of relevant engineering, project engineering, project coordination, or project management experience (dependent on level).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or other relevant certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support or manage projects from planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate deliverables to meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
• Support or lead project status reporting, forecasting, and reviews.
• Coordinate change management, including scope, schedule, and commercial considerations.
