Job summary

TWD is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Project Engineer/Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will support and lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure safe and quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a engineering background, 4–9 years experience for intermediate level, and a willingness to travel to project sites. PE or PMP is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• Junior level: <3 years of relevant experience; Intermediate level: 4–9 years of relevant experience.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support or manage projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate deliverables to meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and support client relationships.
