Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer candidate who will support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across healthcare, industrial, and other sectors. You will work with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to manage schedules, coordination, procurement, and documentation.

Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with 1–3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow in construction management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor.
• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams.
• Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment.
• Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across multiple markets.
• Assist with project schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, budgeting, quality control, and jobsite documentation.
