Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer – Construction to support planning, coordination, and execution of diverse construction projects across healthcare, industrial, commercial, and education sectors. You’ll work with project teams to manage schedules, subcontractors, procurement, budgeting, and site documentation while developing technical and leadership skills.

Travel to project sites is required. Graduating in 6–12 months?

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor.
Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams.
Experience tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management.
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment.

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Assist project managers, superintendents, and trade partners with scheduling and documentation.
Manage subcontractor coordination, procurement, and budgeting tasks.
Monitor quality control and site safety practices.
Prepare and maintain jobsite records and progress updates.
