Job summary

Transmit is seeking a Junior Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and management of programmatic campaigns across our streaming ecosystem. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone early in their ad tech career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in programmatic advertising within CTV and OTT environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations
• Basic understanding of programmatic concepts (deal IDs, targeting, pacing)
• Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers or digital media platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and troubleshooting campaign performance
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns
• Monitor delivery, troubleshoot underdelivery, pacing and targeting issues
• Handle monthly billing actualizations for each partner
• Validate ad requests, responses, and tracking
• Analyze data and provide post-campaign reports
• Maintain documentation and follow campaign workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams for proper campaign configuration
