• Up to 1 year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year, non-rotational training program with department-specific tasks.
• Core Training to learn banking, basic financial skills, technical skills, and leadership abilities.
• Group Projects with peer teamwork and sponsor interaction; present to senior management.
• On-the-Job Training and job-specific instruction on policies, systems, and products.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal controls; escalate risks as needed.
• Promote inclusive environment and M&T Bank branding.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
