Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in the electronic security systems industry, construction coordination, or a related technical support role.
• Basic familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, SimPro, or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Must pass a background investigation and hold a valid driver's license.
• Introductory training or certifications in Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint, or similar platforms; pursuing CAPM or PMP encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, maintaining schedules, and preparing status and risk reports.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Coordinate between the i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and assist with updated red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Learn and support integration engineers with programing electrical security systems including access control, intrusion, and CCTV.
• Read and interpret basic security system drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Collaborate on creating project proposals and change orders as needed.
