ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking an entry-level Project Manager to join our Orlando team. You will handle project performance and profitability from day one, coordinating estimating, scheduling, design reviews, and progress reporting on active projects.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, a 3.0 GPA, and 0–5 years of construction management or engineering design experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 0-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and cost reporting.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and oversee subcontractor selection.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners and design teams; participate in value engineering discussions.
