Job summary

ARCO Companies in Orlando seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to drive project performance and profit from day one. You will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams to develop concepts and proposals.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering with a 3.0+ GPA and 2–5 years in construction management or engineering design. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project is required, with full-time on-site duties

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 2-5 years' of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure timely decisions.
