Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing and operations.
• Take responsibility for the community in the manager's absence.
• Process rent payments and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and suggest improvements.
• Serve as a role model and maintain operational standards.
