Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing, required
• 1+ years of substantive business litigation experience
• Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently on high-exposure trial matters

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams
