Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent record, California Bar admission, and 1+ year of substantive business litigation experience. Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 1+ year of substantive business litigation experience.
• Demonstrated stand up experience (depositions and trial advocacy) preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts.
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-counsel.
