Qualifications

• 3+ years of client services or project management experience in an agency, retail, merchandising, or marketing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Proven success in client relationship development, management, retention, and growth.
• CRM knowledge (SalesForce, HubSpot) preferred. Can include knowledge of data collection and reporting.
• Previous experience working with partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as supporting point of contact with client and manage cross-department initiatives.
• Oversee reporting and tracking of performance metrics to drive results.
• Define, monitor and provide feedback on key performance metrics; guide the team to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal shared services to align services with client expectations.
• Organize training content and develop communication strategies for compliance and engagement.
• Track budgets and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
