Job summary

Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana is seeking a RISE Program Manager in New Orleans, LA. This full-time management role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures coordinated case management and employment services, and drives program outcomes for justice-involved young adults ages 18-24.

Responsibilities include supervising the RISE Case Manager and Employment Specialist, ensuring fidelity to the program model, and managing budget and reporting to funders and agency leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, workforce development, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing case management, career coaching, or workforce-development services to justice-involved or other vulnerable populations.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the criminal justice system and reentry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery of the RISE program.
• Ensure timely intake, orientation, needs assessment, and enrollment into case management and employment services.
• Monitor caseloads and timelines to advance employment, education, and training milestones.
• Supervise the RISE Case Manager and RISE Employment Specialist.
• Coordinate reports and data for funders and agency leadership.
• Manage the program budget oversight and maintain required compliance.
