Tammany parishes in Louisiana. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in case management or workforce development, with two years in supervision, and a strong grasp of funding rules and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, workforce development, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing case management, career coaching, or workforce-development services to justice-involved populations.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the criminal justice system, reentry challenges, and workforce-development systems.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to manage staff, caseloads, and program operations.
• Working knowledge of regulations applicable to workforce-development and reentry programming, including funder compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office and Bonterra Apricot for data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to recognize problems and take corrective action per policy.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the RISE program.
• Supervise the RISE Case Manager and RISE Employment Specialist.
• Coordinate the program budget and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure data collection, reporting, and IDP alignment for participants.
• Maintain relationships with funders, partners, and employers.
