Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $125,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 in signing bonuses for new grads
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave

Pay Range: $125,000 — $125,000 USD
