Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic, part of PetVet Care Centers, is seeking a new graduate DVM/VMD to join our friendly team in Danbury, CT. This RISE mentorship program offers gradual caseload independence with on-site and national mentorship support to build confidence and clinical skills.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Veterinarian to join our friendly and experienced team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:$120,000-$140,000K
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign‑on bonus

Pay Range

$120,000 — $140,000 USD
