Job summary

Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic in Danbury, CT is seeking a new graduate DVM/VMD to join the RISE Mentorship Program. You will participate in a comprehensive mentorship with a hospital mentor and a national team, gaining hands-on experience while building confidence and clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Veterinarian to join our friendly and experienced team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign‑on bonus

Pay Range

$120,000 — $140,000 USD
