PetVet Care Centers’ Westfield Animal Hospital offers a New Graduate DVM/VMD RISE Mentorship Program. You’ll join a collaborative team that supports your early cases, with on-site mentorship and a national mentorship network to guide your development.

The program provides full-time employment with gradual caseload independence, access to state-of-the-art equipment, and a competitive compensation package including relocation assistance, CE reimbursement, and paid PTO.

Who We’re Looking For:

• New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support
• Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location)
• Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:$100,000 - $125,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package,including paid parental leave
• Relocation assistance available
• CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE
• Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb's memberships
