Job summary

PetVet Care Centers offers the RISE Mentorship Program for new graduate DVM/VMDs in Williamsburg, VA, pairing you with experienced mentors to support learning and confidence-building in a collaborative, team-first environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience while benefiting from a nationwide mentorship network and flexible start dates.

The role provides base salary of $100,000–$125,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, CE reimbursement, and paid PTO for CE.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary:$100,000 - $125,000
• All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates
• Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus

Pay Range

$100,000 — $125,000 USD
