RadNet is seeking an RIS Optimization Analyst to advance our radiology systems. You will collaborate with IT, operations and developers to optimize workflows, define feature requirements, and support financial analytics across centers.

Requires SQL experience, strong analytical abilities and excellent communication. The role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment and cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have SQL experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain feature requests list for RadNet Operations.
• Analyze current systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, and software releases.
• Train management on new features and training requirements.
• Document issues and coordinate with IT, Devs and Operations to resolve them.
• Develop tools to improve financial analytics and reporting.
