Job summary

RadNet is seeking an RIS Optimization Analyst to join our analytics-driven team. You will develop feature requests, test new functionality, and collaborate with IT, Operations, and Developers to optimize RadNet applications and financial reporting.

You should have SQL experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ideally Salesforce exposure. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• College education or work experience in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have SQL experience.
• Preferred experience in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet Operations.
• Analyze current systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, and go-lives.
• Document issues with IT and Developers and mobilize effective solutions.
• Develop tools and software to improve financial analytics.
• Conduct training sessions on new features for management and teams.
• Optimize workflows and create job aids to boost operational efficiency.
